As the contract communications coordinator for a nonprofit public health research center, I produced a wide range of creative deliverables and led marketing initiatives to strengthen the center’s brand and digital presence. I managed social media and web projects — including a full Drupal website redesign that improved UX and SEO — and developed a “Uses of AI” training guide to streamline internal creative workflows. I also wrote newsletters, feature articles, and donor communications published on the Kent State University website.
